Return an Item
Please note that we do offer exchanges or refund within 7 days after receipt if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. The shipping fee of return and re-send will be at our side as it is caused by our error. After receiving the pre-approval from Magic Alpha for shipping back and confirming the return shipping fee, you are able to process the Return an Item procedure.
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. Items that do not meet our Return Guidelines will neither receive refund nor return it back to you.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products to credit cards of purchaser. And if your order was placed with a promotional code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, 10% of the value of product will be deducted from the refund.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned product. Refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (however, cash refunds are not available at present, so COD order will be refunded by cheque) within a week of receiving your return. Our experience told that it might take up to 6 weeks for credit card issuer to process your credit back to your account. Refund by cheque or telegraphic transfer will take approximately the same amount of time.
We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
* Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
* Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
* Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
* Any discount or sales product that Magic Alpha has already stated non-returnable.
* Any free gift product, samples and merchandise purchased at nominal consideration.
* In the event of dispute, Magic Alpha's decision shall be final and conclusive.
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

* Indicate returned products and the reason for your return.
* Pack the returned products along with our approval email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.
